The Origin of The Harmony Model

A personal letter from its creator King Edward

Everything Began With Personal Chaos

At the beginning of 2023, I was completely lost.

I had just left my father’s business — a necessary decision, but one that left a hole in my life and routine. For years, we had lived and worked side by side. But after his remarriage and decision to move to Russia, we agreed it was time for me to go my own way.

I ended up alone, in the Canary Islands, with no clear direction, no plan, and no home.

Slowly, I started eating through my savings. I had a fire inside me — a deep desire to build something of my own, something big — but no clarity on where to start.

I picked up the phone and called a friend. That call turned into a one-way ticket and a couch I’d sleep on for over a month.

Then I got a call from Riccardo — someone I had once hired for a consultation. We had a nice chat, ending with him inviting me to join his company, initially as support for media buying and copywriting.

I hesitated. I wasn’t sure I wanted to work inside someone else’s business again — but I also knew this could be a doorway.

With Riccardo

Riccardo had pulled off something impressive: he had partnered with a 120M+/yr entrepreneur and built a business that was already pulling in more than €100K/month through online programs, consulting, and digital events.

I admired his ability to build that partnership — and that’s what made me say yes.

Where The Model Was Born

When I joined, the company had around 15 people. Great sales. Great product-market fit. Strong momentum.

But inside? It was messy.

Files everywhere. Disconnected team chat groups across Telegram and WhatsApp. Undefined roles. Irregular meeting schedules. No onboarding. I hadn’t even met most of my colleagues — and no one had explained to me the full scope of the company's offers. I was siloed into working on a single offer, with no strategic visibility.

I was also trying to fix my own life at the time. And I realized something:

The same chaos that was draining me personally was alive inside this business.

That’s when it clicked.

I started sketching a basic structure: departments, responsibilities, meeting flows, toolsets. I presented the first version to the entire team — the first time I met most of them.

Presenting The Harmony Model

They were thrilled. People started using the word “harmony” to describe what was missing — and what was starting to emerge.

“Man, we need to harmonyze this.”

“This process isn’t harmonyzed yet!”

“Nice one, you’re becoming a harmonyzer.”

That’s when I knew this wasn’t just a fix — it was a framework.

Want to see how the model works?

It became a part of our culture — a shared language, a north star.

It also became the birth of my nickname: the team started naturally to call me King Edward.

From there, I worked horizontally across the company:

  • Designing departments

  • Streamlining communication

  • Defining roles and structure

  • Mapping workflows, tools, performance tracking, and process logic

  • Reorganizing for one outcome: maximum efficiency, clarity, and sustainable growth

The biggest leverage from each employee, from each dollar invested, from each minute worked.

In under two years...

The company scaled from €3M to €13.8M/year.

The team grew from 15 to 65+ people.

Today, Imprenditore Vero SRL is the leading consulting firm for business management and financial analysis for small/medium enterprises in Italy.

With the expanded team

And I don’t believe that was luck.

It happened because we had:

  • A great leader

  • A great front-end, with top-notch marketing and sales teams

  • And a solid back-end: structure, systems, and operations that didn’t break when volume increased

That back-end was The Harmony Model.

The Deeper Lesson

Here’s what I want you to remember from all of this...

Order creates capability.

Rearranging components can unlock entirely new outcomes.

Context matters more than talent.

Specialized skill is wasted if not deployed in the right environment.

Even brilliant people fail inside broken systems.

Even the best tools crumble inside the wrong structure.

You can’t scale a business that depends on hustle and improvisation alone.

Why I Built The Harmony Model

My mission today is to help entrepreneurs like you build scalable companies that work — with or without you.

I want to help accelerate and expand the impact of visionaries — not by pushing harder, but by structuring smarter.

That’s why The Harmony Model exists.

It’s not just a framework. It’s a philosophy, and it's becoming an ideology.

It’s about building businesses that are clear, sustainable, and energizing — not chaotic, draining, and dependent on heroic effort.

If you're ready to build something that works — not just runs — let's bring Harmony to your company.
